Refund policy

Please note that all pre-orders and dyed to order yarns are non-refundable.  I do strive to make sure your order is as amazing as you'd hoped it would be, so if your items arrive and something is damaged or there is a concern - please reach out to me directly and I am happy to help make your order the best it can be.

All PDF patterns, digital files and digital prints are non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing the file, trouble with the pattern or file itself, please contact me directly at sweetpeaandsparrowstudios@gmail.com for further assistance.
